The Mast is approximately at a height of 18 meters from ground level. It is also\u00a0 bolted to the side wall. The actual mast is fabricated from 4 pieces of GI pipes. The installation was some what tricky. There is a power line near my house. The guy wires are isolated\u00a0 from ground via a piece\u00a0 of PVC pipe\u00a0 The guy wires were tied to\u00a0 hooks on the terrace. There is a nylon rope on the pulley so that I can easily\u00a0 mount an inverted V for HF bands.\u00a0 I am yet to fix the antenna. Hopefully, I will be QRV by the\u00a0 end of my vacation.<\/p>\n<p>Update. 28th April 2009<\/p>\n<p>My friend\u00a0 OM VU3RDD wanted to look at\u00a0 VU2SWX\u00a0 mast for ideas\u00a0 and a game plan for\u00a0 a mast he is planning.
